Complaints procedure

Of course, we do everything in our power to prevent complaints. However, if you have any comments about out services or the conduct of one of our employees, be sure to let us know. You can contact one of the partners for this: Joost or Edward.

Looking for a solution

Our complaints scheme takes effect in this case. You provide us with the completed and signed Klachtenformulier. We will contact you within one week. Together, we will carefully look for a solution. We will evaluate this with you afterwards.

Of course, we will not only look at how we can resolve your complaint, but also at any required changes to our approach, instructions, or requirements. This enables us to avoid complaints in the future!
