As per March 1, 2017 EJP auditors & tax lawyers became a member of the international network Geneva Group International (GGI). GGI is the largest independent international network for auditors, tax lawyers, consultants and lawyers. The GGI network is active in more than 120 countries, on more than 700 locations with 538 partners and 26.000 employees. GGI is number 1 in the Accountancy Age list of globally operating professionals. With this accession EJP is one of the exclusive Dutch partners and can therefore provide even better services to its current midsized clients with their international ambitions.
Ambitions
Edward Hendrickx and Joost de Koning, the founding partners of EJP, are both pleased with this development. “The philosophy of EJP to be a “Trusted partner” for our clients as well as for our employees, will be pushed to a higher level with this membership”, says Hendrickx. “For many midsized entrepreneurs internalisation of their business activities is a high topic on their agenda and EJP will grow with this requirement.”
Expanding services
The membership of GGI will not only accomplish that EJP is a partner of national business opportunities but also becomes an advisor of international active companies. As member of GGI EJP is more capable to service its clients who are international active or focus towards foreign countries. Moreover EJP can on a more efficient way foresee its client in tax advice and accountancy- and audit services. Finally EJP interprets the partnership as a further expansion of its network and knowledge.

EJP is an active audit and tax law firm incorporated in 2004. The company was primarily focused toward ‘s-Hertogenbosch however during the years they also expanded their business activities towards Utrecht. Currently EJP has clients in spread over The Netherlands and provides the following services: accountancy, audit, tax law, estate planning, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. EJP currently has 41 employees among which two partners. EJP has an AFM license to perform audits for the larger midsized companies. Furthermore EJP is a member of the NBA and the NOB.
